Terms and Conditions for Event Space Rental

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking an event space with us. By proceeding with the reservation, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment: a. To secure a reservation, a non-refundable retainer fee of [$250] of the total booking amount is required. Retainer must be made AT LEAST 2 weeks ahead of the scheduled events. b. Full payment is due [7] days prior to the event date. c. Payments can be made through [accepted payment methods, zelle, cashapp, our website or physical card reader in person].

2. Cancellation and Refund: a. The retainer fee is non-refundable. b. Cancellations made [10] days or less before the event date will result in the forfeiture of the full booking amount. Although the client is welcome to reschedule. c. Cancellations made [11] days or more before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion of 25% refunded. d. Any booking made in 10 days or less of the scheduled date is not eligible for a refund

3. Damage Policy: a. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the event space or its contents during the rental period. b. A pre-event, and post event inspection will be conducted, and any existing damages will be documented. The client is encouraged to notify us of any discrepancies. c. Aside from the client forfeiting the security deposit of $100. The client will be billed for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items. Payment is due within [14] days of receiving the invoice.

4. Cleaning Policy: a. The event space will be provided in a clean and orderly condition. b. The client is responsible for ensuring that the event space is returned in the same condition it was received. c. A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if the event space is not left in an acceptable state. To clean correctly trash must be in garbage can, bar and tables wiped. floor swept. bathroom cleaned. Things put back where it was found.

5. Security Deposit: a. A security deposit of $100 may be required in addition to the retainer fee. This deposit will be refunded within [2] days after the event, provided there are no damages or violations of the terms and conditions.

6. Compliance with Laws: a. The client agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances during the event.

7. Indemnification: a. The client agrees to indemnify and hold the event space provider harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the client's use of the event space.

8. Miscellaneous: a. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the event if the client violates these terms and conditions. b. Any modifications to the terms and conditions must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

By booking our event space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

9. Smoking/Alcohol: a. No smoking inside the building. If the client or the client's guest violates this rule, the client who is on file will be subject to the smoking fine of  $100. b. No serving alcohol without a liquor license or permit.

10. Insurance: a. The client is encouraged to obtain event insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

11. Force Majeure: a. The event space owner is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control. The owner nor "BSC Creative Productions LLC, DBA BSC Studios will not be held responsible for any injuries, lost of other party possession(s), or damage of other party possession(s).

Terms and Conditions for [BSC Studios, work shop space rental ]

Welcome we are excited to provide you with our creative services. Before you proceed, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment:

   • A [100]% deposit is required to secure your booking.

   • Full payment must be made [1 days] before the scheduled date of the project.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • The deposit is non-refundable for clients who cancel 10 days or less before appointment.

   • Cancellations made [11 days] or more before the scheduled date will result in a 25% payment being refunded.

3. Rescheduling:

   • Clients may request to reschedule up to [1 day] before the scheduled date, subject to availability.

4. Cleaning Policy:

   • Clients are responsible for leaving the studio in the same condition as it was found.

   • An additional cleaning fee may be charged if the studio is not returned in a satisfactory state.

5. Damage Policy:

   • Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment, props, or facilities during the rental period.

   • A security deposit of $100 may be required, which will be refunded after inspection, minus any applicable fees for damages. If the damage and cleaning inspection is failed the $100 deposit will be retained plus any relevant fees for damages.

6. Equipment Use:

   • Clients must use all equipment and facilities responsibly and in accordance with provided instructions.

   • Any damage resulting from improper use will be the client's responsibility.

7. No Refund Policy:

   • Except as expressly provided in these terms, no refunds will be given once payment has been made.

8. Intellectual Property:

   • The studio retains the right to use any behind the scenes  images or content captured by staffed with the permission of the client during the project for promotional purposes.

9. Client Conduct:

   • Clients must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.

   • The studio reserves the right to terminate a session if clients engage in inappropriate behavior.

10. Force Majeure:

    • The studio is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its control.

11. Jurisdiction:

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Florida Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Jacksonville Jurisdiction].

Terms and Conditions for Event Rental Business

These Terms and Conditions for the rental of furniture and equipment for events and photography. By booking our services, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Booking and Payment: a. Booking Confirmation: A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, as specified by the Provider. b. Payment: The full payment is required before the event date. Failure to make full payment may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

2. Cancellation and Refunds: a. No Refund Policy: The Client acknowledges that the deposit is non-refundable. b. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the Client, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded at the discretion of the Provider, depending on the timing of the cancellation.

3. Equipment Condition and Return: a. Condition: The Client agrees to return all rented items in the same condition as they were received. b. Late Returns: Late returns may be subject to additional charges, as specified by the Provider. c. Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee may be applied if items are returned excessively dirty or damaged due to negligence.

4. Damage Policy: a. Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for any damage to the rented items during the rental period. b. Repair or Replacement: The Provider reserves the right to repair or replace damaged items at the expense of the Client.

A security deposit of $100 may be required, which will be refunded after inspection, minus any applicable fees for damages. If the damage and cleaning inspection is failed the $100 deposit will be retained plus any relevant fees for damages.

5. Liability and Indemnification: a. Limitation of Liability: The Provider is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of rented items. b. Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the rental and use of the items.

6. Delivery and Pickup: a. Delivery Charges: Delivery and pickup charges may apply and will be specified by the Provider. b. Access: The Client must ensure access to the event location for timely delivery and pickup.

7. Force Majeure: The Provider is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Florida  Jurisdiction].
